Share the work
Don’t be the leader with mere talk. Before you give an order to them, show them how to do it yourself. Be a role model to them rather than being a talker. Share the works with them and participate in the places they are working on.
Undertanstd thier emotions
Emotions are then things that change motivation. So understand what can motivate them and do the things that necessary to motivate them.
Give reward
Give monetary or non-monitory benefits to the people who perform well. Then they will start to perform more and more with the motivations.
Feedbacks
Give them the feedbacks after they have done something. Make sure not to hurt their feelings. Blaming people only makes you a lousy leader. If they have done something wrong, show them how to do that right.
Communicate the vision
Show them the vision of your company and what kind of benefits they will have after achieving that vision.Challenge them
Make exciting events and milestones to challenge them. Give rewards after achieving them. That will motivate them.
